Gabriel Fuller

Gabriel Fuller is a Houston native who joined The Kyles Mortgage Team in May 2010.  Gabriel has been in the Information Technologies field for the last 7 years as an IT Operations Technician, Telecommunications Manager and Web Developer.  He realizes the power of technology in business and is currently helping The Kyles Team recreate their web presence and online strategies.  One of Gabriel's hobbies is traveling and seeing the world;he plans to travel South America at the end of 2010 and most of 2011 while continuing to work as a part of The Kyles Mortgage Team.  He is a big fan of salsa dancing, he loves to cook, and enjoys spending as much time as he can in the company of family and friends.

Steve Kyles

Steve is a top producer for Secure Mortgage Company. His career began in 1999 when he bought his first investment property. He spent several years working to be an expert in purchasing property and understanding the dynamics of the Real Estate market.  

In 2002 he worked in a variety of roles as a processor, loan officer and office manager; he quickly rose to the top of his field. His knowledge, expertise and understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish has allowed him to help families in all diversities realize the dream of home ownership.  

As a recognized professional in the field, Steve is frequently asked to speak at realtor training seminars and coaches others in the real estate field.  His business has been build on 100% of referral customers, due to the strong relationship he has developed and maintained with business partners and clients.

Stephanie Kyles

Stephanie Kyles has been in real estate for the past 10 years. She began working with real estate in property management where she crafted areas of managerial concepts, marketing, accounting and sales. While working for a property management company, she began to do outside management for individual investors and obtained her real estate license in 2003. Although she has not pursued a career as a real estate agent, she has retained an active license.

In 2004, Stephanie branched out and teamed up with Steve Kyles and created Premier Processing. A processing company that would serve the elite loan officers in the Houston area. Premier Processing has processed over $20 Million every year since its inception.

Cassandra Flint-Sunderland

Cassandra Flint-Sunderland graduated from California State University in May of 2008 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources. In the summer of 2008 she began working for a commercial real estate office in Dallas, TX where she gained the knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage industry. She moved to Houston, TX in January of 2009 where she joined The Kyles Team as their Executive Administrative Assistant.

Recently, Cassandra was married to Erik Sunderland, in Kauai Hawaii, on June 4, 2010, changing her last name from Flint to Sunderland. Cassandra enjoys being in the mortgage industry because she loves changing people’s lives and helping them achieve the goal of being a home owner!

Megan Chalmers Megan Chalmers has been working in the mortgage industry since her internship at Chase Manhattan Mortgage in 2002. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in 2003 and is very proud to be a longhorn. She moved around the country with her husband while he was an officer in the Navy, so she has also originated loans in Charleston, South Carolina and Seattle, WA. They returned to Houston in October of 2008 and she joined The Kyles Team in January of 2009. Megan loves working with people and helping them accomplish their financial goals through home ownership!

Ron Lemon

Ron Lemon is retired after nearly 40 years in banking. He is proud to have been a member of the community banking fraternity for four decades. He started his career in Pasadena, Texas. He was first named president of a bank at the young age of 28. From there he has served in top executive positions in the banking industry until his retirement as President Emeritus of MaximBank, Dickinson Texas in December 2002.

Jimn Kyles Jimn Kyles has been in the mortgage industry since the year 2000 and is also the Associate Pastor overseeing all Student Ministries at Triumph Church in Sugar Land Texas. In this role he oversees all aspects of student ministry from children, youth, and young adults. He is also the president and founder of Youth Can Lead. He travels the country inspiring, equipping, and empowering young people to change the world. He is an international speaker and teacher; traveling extensively to various countries such as Haiti, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Belize, Sri Lanka, Trinidad, St Vincent, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, and Canada. Julian Vasquez

Julian’s family immigrated to the United States when he was just 8 years old. During his school years he was always a part of the several athletic teams at the schools he attended. Such a passion for competition and team involvement allowed a Regional Sales Manager for a national lender to give Julian an opportunity to work in the mortgage industry at the young age of 20. He quickly advanced in the financial industry while at the same time seeking a Business degree from the University of Houston. At the peak of the mortgage boom in the mid 2000s Julian lead a team of mortgage originators which constantly placed at the top spots of performance for the company in which he worked.

Julian has a natural passion for service and care of others thus his integration to the Kyles Mortgage Team comes as a tremendous addition to the group. Julian claims, "I am eager and anxious to help out the Latino community by bringing exceptional customer service and professional treatment that the Kyles Mortgage Team has worked so hard to build!

Monique Wyatt Monique has been in the administrative field for more than 6 years. She is passionate about serving and helping to facilitate the “little” details that are needed to make the “big” things happen. She is an organized micro-thinker that is willing to serve. Monique fits the bill perfectly. She has managed and overseen many of the administrative tasks for several Non-Profit organizations, as well as serving as a manager at one of the world’s favorite coffee shops, Starbucks. She originates from Virginia and has been in Houston for almost three years now! She is a fun and outgoing young lady who loves to travel.
