Gabriel Fuller

Gabriel Fuller is a Houston native who joined The Kyles Mortgage Team in May 2010.  Gabriel has been in the Information Technologies field for the last 7 years as an IT Operations Technician, Telecommunications Manager and Web Developer.  He realizes the power of technology in business and is currently helping The Kyles Team recreate their web presence and online strategies.  One of Gabriel's hobbies is traveling and seeing the world;he plans to travel South America at the end of 2010 and most of 2011 while continuing to work as a part of The Kyles Mortgage Team.  He is a big fan of salsa dancing, he loves to cook, and enjoys spending as much time as he can in the company of family and friends.

Steve Kyles Steve (NMLS #330894) is a top producer in the city of Houston. His career began in 1999 when he bought his first investment property. He spent several years working to be an expert in purchasing property and understanding the dynamics of the Real Estate market.

In 2002 he worked in a variety of roles as a processor, loan officer and office manager; he quickly rose to the top of his field. His knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the mortgage process, from start to finish, has allowed him to help families in all diversities realize the dream of home ownership.

Stephanie Kyles Stephanie Kyles (NMLS # 286219) has been in Real Estate since 2000. She began working in real estate In residential property management where she crafted managerial concepts, marketing, accounting/auditing and sales. While working for a property management company, she began to do outside management for individual investors and obtained her real estate license in 2003. In 2002, she married Steve Kyles and joined forces with him in the mortgage industry in 2005 as his partner and processor. Stephanie has a passion for systems and excellence with a strong eye for detail. She is tenacious and driven which is key to getting any transaction closed on time. In December of 2011, Steve and Stephanie had their first child, Ethan Edwin Kyles. Stephanie recently started a nonprofit called My Extraordinary World to help build and fund orphanages throughout the world that provides an environment for children to realize their potential and capacity to make a difference! Cassandra Flint-Sunderland

Cassandra Flint-Sunderland graduated from California State University in May of 2008 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources. In the summer of 2008 she began working for a commercial real estate office in Dallas, TX where she gained the knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage industry. She moved to Houston, TX in January of 2009 where she joined The Kyles Team as their Executive Administrative Assistant.

Recently, Cassandra was married to Erik Sunderland, in Kauai Hawaii, on June 4, 2010, changing her last name from Flint to Sunderland. Cassandra enjoys being in the mortgage industry because she loves changing people’s lives and helping them achieve the goal of being a home owner!

Megan Chalmers Megan Chalmers (NMLS #373681) has been working in the mortgage industry since her internship at Chase Manhattan Mortgage in 2002. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in 2003 and is very proud to be a longhorn. She moved around the country with her husband while he was an officer in the Navy, so she has also originated loans in Charleston, South Carolina and Seattle, WA. They returned to Houston in October of 2008 and she joined The Kyles Team in January of 2009. Megan loves working with people and helping them accomplish their financial goals through home ownership! Ron Lemon

Ron Lemon is retired after nearly 40 years in banking. He is proud to have been a member of the community banking fraternity for four decades. He started his career in Pasadena, Texas. He was first named president of a bank at the young age of 28. From there he has served in top executive positions in the banking industry until his retirement as President Emeritus of MaximBank, Dickinson Texas in December 2002.

Ashley Gallegos Ashley began her career in the mortgage industry with The Kyles Team as an administrative assistant in 2010. She quickly learned the ins and outs of the business and began to take on more responsibility. Her enthusiasm and her drive for excellence is contagious! She is always willing to go above and beyond to help our clients. Ashley is our youngest team member which helps us have fun in the office. Ashley recently got married. Monique Wyatt Monique has been in the administrative field for more than 6 years. She is passionate about serving and helping to facilitate the “little” details that are needed to make the “big” things happen. She is an organized micro-thinker that is willing to serve. Monique fits the bill perfectly. She has managed and overseen many of the administrative tasks for several Non-Profit organizations, as well as serving as a manager at one of the world’s favorite coffee shops, Starbucks. She originates from Virginia and has been in Houston for almost three years now! She is a fun and outgoing young lady who loves to travel. Mike McFarland Mike (NMLS #292331) is a trusted resource and information provider on the real estate finance industry. He helps first time home buyers make their first big investment and young families grow into bigger houses. He also helps home owners increase liquidity, finance a college education or new business venture. He helps people realize their dream home or relax into their patio home. He helps his agents, builders, and lending partners achieve and enjoy a higher quality of life by making quality loans and closing more transactions.

Mike is also the proud father of three amazing children and married to his rock, partner and soul mate. He enjoys reading, cooking, and fishing (when time permits). Devin Isreal Devin Isreal has been in the Mortgage business for over 10 years. Her mortgage expertise is in operations management, underwriting, processing, closing and auditing. With her experience, she is great at helping our clients move smoothly through the loan process.

Not only does she excel as our Production Associate, but she also excelled as a National Soccer Team Member at a young age. Although a career ending ankle injury completed her soccer career, she was able to fight the pain and become a Scholar All American Athlete at St. Edward’s University. Her fun-loving spirit is now part of the Golden Retriever Rescue Organization in Houston, where she, her husband and their 3 Beautiful Golden Retrievers foster and nurse the dogs back to health. Jodi Majorek Jodi started her mortgage career in Cleveland, Ohio back in 1997. She has over 14 years of experience in loan processing, compliance, and underwriting. She is currently working on her master’s degree with Villanova University. Jodi moved to Texas in 2009. She has a warm personality, and is great to talk to.
